If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product(s) and will be issued within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email notification once we have issued a refund.
Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Only returns on your first purchase will be refunded. Subsequent orders/purchases will not be refunded.
When preparing to ship the product for return, please include a copy of the original invoice or receipt with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
